  Been going there on a monthly basis for about 8 years. Staff is always friendly, cheerful even. I'm quiet and I don't like to small talk, but it's nice that the tellers and other employees ask what kinda day I'm having, or what if I got fun plans for the weekend. Selah's Wells Fargo is a very comfortable place. There has never been a long line or a long wait to receive assistance from a teller. But if there's a couple people ahead of you, they keep you updated as well, "We will be with you shortly!". It's nice at least to feel acknowledged. Tellers will learn and remember your name and call you by it when you walk up, most of the time. Customer service and respect toward the customer is exceptional. What I feel they can improve on: get some live potted plants/trees in there, nature is welcoming and the branch building is quite spacious and mostly empty. Get the free coffee back! That was wonderful and considerate to have, I loved going to the bank early in the morning and making coffee, felt extra welcoming. I asked once about the (suddenly) missing complimentary coffee and the teller said that the sponsor/provider stopped offering it to them, or something. But you're a bank, Wells Fargo, you can afford one of those hand-pumped apparatuses, a can of Folgers, and a few dozen dixie cups. I had to give you four stars, because you took away my coffee so long ago. I like you, guys. But love? ...love is something reserved for people who bring me a cup of coffee in the morning. I may consider giving five stars if the coffee is returned, or if a live horse is kept indoors for customers to pet while they wait to be seen by a teller/desk clerk.
